If you're new, first of all, WELCOME to the LiVelY sCaNs Forum. If you're a regular visitor, thank you for checking the rules regularly. As the name suggests, we are quite the lively bunch people, and we have some Lively rules. This does not, however, mean that you can run rampant and spoil the fun for others as you might like to. In these cases, we will hesitate to ban you, and in the worst case, ban you permanently.
1. Don't spam.
• These forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites or posts with little, no or completely unrelated content.
• Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc.
• (There's a chat box... if you want to show a friend something or whatever but do not link unrelated content on the forums) Your account will be banned permanently and your posts will be deleted if you choose to do it anyway.
• Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users.
• Note: (All depends on who sent it and for what reason... depending on that, we may reason with you!)
• Asking for something to be reviewed will be allowed if it's related to the question/forum/content etc..
• Example: Say a staff member or two are talking about a future projects. A member writes the post , "Oh god, look at this delicious chocolate”.
2. Don't swear.

3. Do not post "offensive" posts, links or images
• Do not post anything which is offensive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene, vulgar or in violation of local or international laws.
4. Don't post adult material of any kind (or links to it).
5. Don't advertise anything.
6. Post in the right section/thread.
• Post in the right section, it is not hard to miss, also if your question has already been answered in another topic do not ask it again as it will be locked and deleted.
7. Do not post copyright-infringing material
• Do not upload, attach, or otherwise post any copyrighted material which you are not free to redistribute (subject to the licensing terms of thespecific item). If you have a question about having permission to post or attach a specific item, please email us at livelyscans@gmail.com
• We do not condone nor accept posts pertaining to illegal activities such as hacking, cracking, warez, or spam.
•Any posts or threads found in violation of this rule will be edited or deleted, and the poster warned or possibly banned; at the Moderation/Administrator team's discretion.
9. To be able to read our Projects/ Downloads and discussion you must be a registered user.
10. DO NOT PRIVATE Message any of the Staff Members] for ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE A STAFF MEMBER OR TRIAL MEMBER!
• If you have something to say send an e-mail instead livelyscans@gmail.com or post a comment
• Please do not ask a staff member when the chapter will be released as it could result in a THREE DAY BAN
• If we find posts that don't follow these rules, we will delete them immediately and this might result in a temporary or permanent ban for the poster (and any possible bumpers of the topic).
All our releases and downloads can be found in this forum, under the appropriate thread for each project.
