Big hits don't lie around and wait to be found.
You need to be fast. Have a good nose - and regular updates. Quality would be nice as well lol
Honestly, I've rarely seen people with that level of skill. What you can do though is to be fast... best you stick with projects either totally main stream or totally NOT mainstream. Both get their share of readers.

As much as I hate to say this, it's so sad that it's true.
We need to find a very good manga that's still unlicensed....and can scanlate within our ability.
