Don't start project, finish them - that way, you get new readers as well as old ones. Already a fanbase, you see.
We can discuss that in greater detail in the staff or admin section though.

Unfortunately, no idea. We could start an RPG forum. I've seen some people enjoy that. Although, I've no idea how to work. I think people are suppose to create the setting, OC and plot before hand, then members take turn writing a part to the story. Could be interesting.

I have no clue about RPGs as I don't enjoy it.
Tried it once, was boring soon.
As you said, kuruka, people decide on a setting, then some apply as characters, usually there's some common goal or alliances beforehand. Depending on the setting.
Eragon, we all don't have time.
We would have to stop playing if we wanted to have some more lol

Hmm, yeah I guess. I would take a long time to write even a little bit of the RPG xD .
Mostly, it's aimed towards writes and people with lots of spare time. Or those who have always wanted to live in a manga lol. Just an idea (can't imagine who would volunteer to set it up and maintain it though xD) We waste enough time with this game.
Plus I'm wasting more time playing a real RPG, I'm re-playing Devil Survivor because you reminded me and I missed it , Mune xD

I followed Naoya's path. I wanted to be king so it instantly attracted me. Heeehee, King (-cough- QUEEN if I could... but the hero is gender locked... AND EVEN IN DS 2 IT'S A GUY ... at least they look hot/cute..so it's okay) of the Demons. I'm aiming to clear all routes sometime ahaha.
